Ayowole Adeoti
Ayowole Adeoti is the President and CEO of True Outreach Inc. Houston Texas. He graduated from University of Lagos, with a bachelor’s degree in management in 1984 and Master of Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology 2001. In his passion to serve his community through counseling and reduction of epidemic of drug problems that severe many families and homes he returns to College and obtains a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Ayowole Adeoti hold a professional license in the state of Texas as License substance abuse counselor and North Carolina board of substance Abuse professional practice board as License Clinical Addiction Specialist (Associate).
He a member of Chi Sigma Iota (CSI), Omega Zeta (OZ) chapter; CSI is an international honor society that values academic and professional excellence in counseling. He is a member of the American Counseling Association; American Mental Health Counseling Association.
Dr. Anthony Iroko started with the organization 2015 as the program Coordinator. He is currently the
Program Director. He is also a Therapon (faith-based) Belief therapist and Licensed Chemical
Dependency Counselor (LCDC). He completed his ungraduated degree with honors (Magna Cum Laude)
in psychology from Walden University 2011. He also earned a master’s degree (MS) in Public Health
from Walden in November 2016. Dr. Iroko received his DrPH at Walden University in 2022. He is
currently pursuing his Licensed Professional Counselor certification (LPC) through Lamar University
clinical mental health program. He is a member of the American Counseling Association and a member
of the American Public Health Association. He has a long record of active volunteering in the community;
his passion is working with the homeless population sharing hope with those who are searching for
purpose in life.
Anthony Iroko
Livinus Maduka
Livinus Maduka is a teacher and a pastor for over a decade, ministering fervently the Gospel of the Grace of God. Teaching and preaching here in USA, Russia, Canada, Nigeria and also in many Christian organizations where he has been demonstrating the existence, reality or the presence of God through supernatural signs. He is committed in teaching the word, connecting the dots and presenting a balance Gospel. In his usual word "if you have a question, I have an answer “. He is the founder and senior pastor of True Gospel Christian Center Church, dedicated to setting the captives free, healing the sick, binding the broken hearted and fulfilling the desires of those that are hungry for the absolute truth of the Word of God. He also runs outreach programs, Healing & Deliverance Guaranteed Seminar and True Gospel Recovery Center for negative addictive behavior in house. Pastor Livinus Maduka is a graduate of Charis Bible College (CBC) of Andrew Wommack Ministry in Colorado Springs Colorado and Ministry Development Institute (MDI) of New Light Christian Center Church in Houston Texas. And a holder of Bachelor of Science in psychology: Christian Counseling from LIBERTY UNIVERSITY Lynchburg Virginia. He has also received several awards like USA Certificate of Congressional Recognition and Honorary Degree of Doctor of Christian Ministry from Juliana King University in Houston Texas, to mention but a few for his faithful and unwavering contributions to his community.
Carlos Jones II is a born leader who lives his life to inspire others. Since his childhood, Carlos has been
using his voice and his truth to captivate audiences. He is a graduate of Tennessee State University
Nashville, Tennessee where he pursued football on a full athletic scholarship. His aspirations of
becoming a pro athlete was cut short when God gave him new direction for his life. Leaving his football
aspirations behind, at the leading of God, Carlos acknowledged the ministry calling on his life. He holds a
Bachelor of Art’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Divinity which he received at Candler School of
Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. During his tenure, at Tennessee State, he served as the
President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes which gave him the opportunity to own his new path in the
safety of his teammates. After returning home, Carlos started The Way Interdenominational Church and
lead a congregation there for seven years. In 2017 he partnered with Pastor Smokie Norful to launch
Inspiration Church where he leads a multi-generational body of believers. He is providing greater
Houston's Pearland and Missouri City communities with an inspiring message of hope, healing and
empowerment. In addition to his pastoral role, Carlos Jones II has been very fortunate to launch
multiple successful business ventures. As an entrepreneur and the founder of SCSCC Enterprise, LLC, he
works along side others with aspirations of becoming business owners to help them launch and grow
and develop their uniqueness. In addition, he is the CEO of Inspiration Partners, a non- profit
organization that provides mentorship, life-skill coaching, and exposure to society and cultural. He is a
leadership strategist and business consultant to Pastor Smokie Norful, a member of the Fort Bend
Ministers Association and he is deeply involved in education, political and community initiatives that
impact the people that he serves.
